Rooms & Rates

Our 2026 Cruise is Now Closed.

Each room booked in our group will receive a $50 onboard credit!

Rates listed are for Princess Standard. Princess Plus and Princess Premier can be added for guests 1 & 2 or for all guests in the room. Princess Plus is an additional $420 per person & Princess Premier is an additional $630 per person. See descriptions above for information on Princess Plus and Princess Premier inclusions. 

Payment Schedule:

• Non-refundable deposit $100 per person
  • Non-refundable deposit $250 per person for suites
• Final payment due by April 25, 2026
• Payments can be made as needed. 
• Monthly automatic payments can be arranged. 

• Rates include all taxes and port charges for the number of people indicated; Rates listed are not per person. 
• Rates listed are subject to change until fully deposited.
• Rooms are limited and rates will increase as the ship fills. 
• Rates are based on double occupancy. Solo travelers pay the same rate and deposit as two people, minus $160 for taxes. ​​ ​

Cancellation Penalties

• Deposits are non-refundable. 
• Additional cancellation penalties begin after March 15, 2026, and increase as the sailing nears. 
• Travel insurance is highly recommended. You will receive a travel insurance quote at booking. 

​Note: Rates will increase substantially as the cruise nears! We are booking so far in advance to lock in lower rates and give everyone more time to pay. Our group cruises always sell out and rates will increase as the ship fills up. Secure your space early!

Group events & amenities are exclusively available to guests booked in our group through Superliner Travel. Guests booked directly through Princess, or another travel agency/website will not be included in our group events or the fundraiser.

Additional Information

Travel Documents
Passports are preferred. However, guests 16 and older may travel with an original or certified copy of a U.S. birth certificate and a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) instead of a passport. Children 15 and younger may travel with either a passport or birth certificate. Full details are available on the Princess website.

Travel Insurance
Optional travel insurance is available. A travel insurance quote will be emailed to you at the time of booking.

Flights & Travel Arrangements
Airfare to and from Orlando is not included and must be arranged on your own. To ensure the most flexibility in case of delays or cancellations, it is highly recommended to book directly with your preferred airline rather than through third-party sites like Expedia.

• Flights become available 11 months prior to departure.
• The closest airport is Orlando International (MCO).
• Airport transfers from MCO to the ship in Port Canaveral can be included in your cruise fare if requested.

Arrival Recommendations:

• Arrive the day before (August 1st) to avoid potential flight delays.
• If arriving on the same day as the cruise departure, your flight must arrive no later than 12:00 PM.

Departure Recommendations:

• You can fly home the same day the cruise ends, but your flight must depart no earlier than 1:00 PM.

Airport Transfers

• Princess offers transfers between Orlando International Airport and the ship for $78 per person roundtrip. You can add transfers to your reservation at booking, or they can be added closer to departure. 

Pre-Cruise Hotel
​A group-rate hotel option near Orlando International Airport will be available for the night of August 1st for those arriving a day early. Additional details will be provided approximately 10 months prior to departure.

Shore Excursions
Princess shore excursions can be booked through your Cruise Planner or the Princess app once your deposit has been paid.

Payments
After paying your deposit, you can:

• Make payments at any time through your invoice, or
• Opt for automatic monthly payments, which I can set up for you.

Final payment is due by April 25, 2026.

Military Bonus
Active and retired military members are eligible for a $100 onboard credit. If you qualify, please indicate your military status in the comments box on your reservation form.
