If you are driving to Port Canaveral, it's best to stay closer to the port in the Cape Canaveral/Coco Beach area.
If you are flying to Orlando, it's best to stay close to Orlando International Airport. The port is approximately minutes away in Cape Canaveral.

Optional Cruise Parking For an additional $50 per vehicle, you can leave your car at the hotel for the duration of the cruise (vs. $119 for parking at the port). Another option is to bundle your flights, transfers, and hotel through Go Port at a discounted rate. Packages typically include:
Closest Airport
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the nearest airport to Port Canaveral, located about 45 minutes from the port.
Arrival Flights
- We highly recommend arriving at least one day before your cruise to avoid issues with delays or cancellations.
- If you must arrive on embarkation day, schedule your flight to land no later than 12:00 noon. The ship will not wait for you, and no refunds are given for delayed/cancelled flights.
Return Flights
- If departing the same day the cruise ends, book your flight for 12:50 or later.
- This allows enough time for transfer from the ship, check-in, and airport security.
Hotel & Transfer Options
- If you arrive a day (or more) prior to your cruise, there are many nearby hotels. On cruise day, you can return to the airport where Princess will provide transfers to the ship. After the cruise, Princess transfers are also available back to the airport.
- Cost: $79 per person each way. These can be added to your cruise invoice any time before final payment. Please let me know if you'd like them added to your cruise.
